Entries must represent one or more of the Five Ways to Wellbeing:
Connect: Spending time with friends, family, or the community.
Be Active: Sports, gym, walking the dog, or any movement that feels good.
Take Notice: Savouring the moment, nature, or your surroundings.
Keep Learning: Trying a new skill, fixing a bike, or learning a new song.
Give: Helping a neighbor, volunteering, or simply saying “thank you”.
How to Enter
Submit physical posters to Ms Walsh in RC3 by Wednesday May 6th.
Digital posters and photographs should be emailed to annmariewalsh@patricianacademy.com with the subject line: [Name], [Year Group], [Wellbeing Way Featured].
