The Solas ‘Grow, Cook. Eat class were busy planting seeds for the coming growing season indoors over the past few days. They gathered the seeds on-site from plants already growing around the school. They used a mixture of leaf-mulch gathered in the autumn, along with paper to line the pots and a little bit of compost bought from Return bottles collected. These will be planted out in the school’s polytunnel after St. Patrick’s Day
