
Activity Week Day 2 saw the TYs take part in a Pizza making workshop in FourStar Pizza. They also learnt coding with Glow Group and finished the day with a Basketball Competition in the Youth Centre.

Well done to our U15 Hurlers who had a great win over St. Anne’s Community College Killaloe in the second round of championship today with a score of 5-8 to 1-6. Another great win!
Our U15 Footballers had a great win over St. Colman’s College Fermoy in their first game of knockout championship today with a score of 2-12 to 0-6 meaning they progress to the next round. Well done to all involved!
Our 1st and 2nd Year Basketball teams played Rochestown College today in their second group game. The 1st years had an excellent performance to win their game 34-6. Unfortunately, our 2nd years were beaten 43-15 by a very strong side. Both teams take on Coláiste Choilm next week in Mallow Youth Centre. Best of luck …
Students in CIA who raised 800 euro for 3 charities during their recent fundraiser. Thanks to all who donated to their Christmas jumper day.
First year soccer team played their last group game yesterday against Ballincollig Community School. The game finished 2-2 at full time, with the goals coming from Conor Vaughan and Matthew Hill. The result means our lads top the group after 3 games and move on to the knock out rounds. Well done to all.
