Academy United v 1st Year Soccer
Thanks to our first years who put it up to Academy United in a blitz at lunch time on Friday. A game played in great spirits with everyone trying their best. Well done to all.

3rd Year French Scavenger Hunt
3rd Year students had great fun on their French scavenger hunt to celebrate Think Languages week. A big thank you to the TY volunteers and French teachers who organised the event today. Félicitations to the winners from each class!
TY Francophone Football
TY students enjoyed their francophone football tournament as part of Think Languages week. Students who spoke in French using some football expressions during the match won spot prizes. Great fun was had by all. Thanks especially to Mr. Glynn who organised the event so well on the day, and the French teachers for their support. …

TY mini world cup in Carrigoon
A very enjoyable day for the TYs yesterday with the mini world cup taking place in Carrigoon. The winning penalty scored by Sean O Halloran meant the Nederland’s took home the cup this year.

First year Science Club students have been busy making copper sulphate crystals and dissecting hearts! Well done to the 1st and 2nd year winners from their science table quiz as part of science week.
