Last Thursday was the first official Green Schools Committee meeting of the year. The committee elected a senior and junior chairperson and deputy chairperson as well as two Public Relations officers. We are looking forward to a year of taking action for the environment and getting the whole school and wider community involved.
Our very proud Naomh Padraig Student Eoghan Gallagher with his medals. Eoghan took part in a Special Olympics competition in MTU last Saturday. He won gold for running 100m and won silver in the Javelin . Well done Eoghan!

Our newly arrived Spanish students have done great work cleaning an overgrown corner of the school on Fridays until they secure their work experience. They have made great progress clearing and cleaning and have proved themselves to be willing and capable workers!
