Pictured is Andrew O’Neill finishing the final race at the youth nationals in Howth last weekend, securing his place on the Irish Optimist Sailing team 2023. Andrew will now represent Ireland in the Optimist World Championships in Spain in June, where the top 5 sailors from each country will compete over 10 days. Great achievement …
