Basketball
Great wins for both the Junior and Minor Basketball teams today vs Rochestown! The first years won a very tight game with a score of 30-27, with the second years putting on a brilliant display winning 62-22! Well done boys!
Athletics
Well done to the 6 students who represented the Academy in the South Munster Cross Country Event on the 9th of Feb. Best of Luck to Roman and Declan who qualified for the Munster round of the competition next Tuesday the 27th.
Irish debate team
Comhghairdeas mór millteach don fhoireann shinsearach díospóireachta, congratulations to senior Irish debate team Chris mc Sweeney, Cian O Keefe and Darragh O Connor, who participated in the all Ireland quarter final in Limerick last night. Great courage, confidence and charisma were displayed last night as the team represented the school with great decorum!
