Our 1st years enjoyed a fantastic few days in Delphi Adventure centre this week. They took part in kayaking, ziplining, high ropes & tag orienteering over the past 3 days. They finished out each night with a forest walk and a campfire. The students were excellent and represented themselves and our school impeccably!

Cairdeas students having fun this week with the Intellino robotic trains. Intellino Smart Trains are interactive, programmable trains designed to engage students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning. The students really enjoyed building, coding and problem-solving.

A busy week in school for our 5th year group as the geography classes headed to Lahinch to do some project work. Another lovely day up the west coast of Ireland!

Well done to our past pupil Jack Buckley, representing Team Ireland in Floorball for the winter Special Olympics. We are all very proud here in the school.

Cairdeas students are busy working on the backdrop for the upcoming transition year show, Sive, that takes place in April. Thanks to the boys for all their hard work!

A final tour stop in Galway for our 5th Years this evening brings their tour to a conclusion. Our 5th Years have been exceptionally well-behaved and highly entertaining over the last few days as we travelled the length and breadth of the country! Our 5th years travelled to Delphi Adventure Centre on Monday for a few days of kayaking, bog running, ziplining and plenty more outdoor activities. They had a great few days taking in the wonderful west coast of Ireland!

Hard luck to our 1st year soccer team who were beaten 3-2 against Rochestown in the Cork Cup on Monday.
