TY Art Projects

Patrician Academy TY art students had a busy lead up to the new year with two projects underway in the local community.

The first was to complete a wrap-around mural in the main dressing room in carrigoon for the upcoming GAA season. This work was completed as part of their ‘Community Care week’ where students went out and completed work locally. Working with Art teachers Mr Stokes and Mr O Shea, the students involved were Aaron O’Brien, Andrew O’Neill, Darragh Cotter, Favour Okharedia, Jacob Corral Patino, Jamie Das, Noel O’Connor, Richie Buckley Relihan & Victor Escalle. They did a fantastic job and everyone in Mallow GAA is very appreciative of the work they’ve done.

The second Art project on the go was to decorate the front window of Centra on the main street for the Christmas season. This work was done by Iwo Skorlutowski and Harry Vu Ryan and well done to the boys on doing a great job!
